In our event, there are booths where exhibitions and sales as well as demonstrations
and experiences can be held for each field of Clothing" "Food" "Living" "Manufacturing".
Approximately 50 organizations and companies exhibited from about 50 occupations.

We display food related to events that has been inherited as part of Japanese culture, such as wedding dishes, seasonal festival dishes, and Osechi New Year dishes. You can also enjoy hands-on experience of Japanese rolled omelette making. Do savor the delicious Japanese omelette you make with professional cooks.

Japanese cuisine
Japanese cuisine, representing “Washoku” which was selected as the world’s intangible cultural heritage, has a history of 1300 years. Please enjoy the dishes made by “special goodwill ambassador to spread Japanese food culture” appointed by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, as well as display of Kanto and Tokai Region’s local cuisine contributing to promotion of local production/consumption and dietary education, in addition to demonstration by masters of vegetable peeling.
