Japanese traditional building construction / Topping out

We will show us some Japanese building process.(Topping out and demolition)
First, we will start from erection. At afternoon, we will show you the Topping out and Mochi-shiki, ritual using Japanese rice cake Mochi. And then we will show you the demolition. We will surprise by how easy that wooden houses are dismantled or relocated. Please have a look at wooden-framework construction method.
I will do ridgepole raising ceremony around 13:00.

Following the assembly performance of the suitcase tea room "Shosoan", you can experience the tea ceremony at "ZEN-An" as a "Takumi-san" away.
